Shipping policy

Understand we are working with limited resources due to the current COVID-19 Pandemic.  However, we make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Once, the order has shipped, it is beyond my control on the arrival of the product.  Please refer to your shipping tracking information. 

Please allow 3-5 days (excluding weekends and holidays) for your order to be processed for shipping. 

Preordered items are processed within 2-3 business days of arrival in stock.

Personalized (custom) orders take 6 weeks to create as they are handcrafted with love!

Domestic shipping only. At this time, we do not ship internationally.  Shipping times will vary based on your location. 

Successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation with the order details. If you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder or contact us for your confirmation. 

Please review and confirm that you have entered the correct address.  We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address you that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.
